 We went to visit New Orleans twice for our future properties. With the recommendation from my future colleagues at Tulane University, we had Billy for our house hunting trips. When we arrived the scheduled 1st property, Billy shared us with the Mardi Gras King Cake. We moved twice from Rhode Island, Indiana, and now Louisiana. We were really surprised by Billy's warm and friendly welcome. We did not make the purchasing during our 1st visit. We then visited New Orleans again but eventually failed to buy a property after the 2nd visit. We have to emphasize that Billy helped us for a whole day schedule during these 2 visits ( He even helped us check 1 or 2 properties the morning before we left). We were very tired (12-14 hours drive and check properties the next day) with bad moods but Billy were very patient and nicely walking us through all properties for which we requested. Since we were tired of visiting New Orleans again (12-14 hours driving trip), we asked Billy's help for doing video tours. He sent us the video link and responded to our questions promptly. We finally made our offer accepted before we moved to New Orleans area, saving us tremendous time of moving again. Hey, I also want to share with you that Billy is very good in helping you buy a good property with a very reasonable price. He helped us save 20K. I think both buyers and sellers are happy. The seller came to the property and explained us how to operate those appliances (which include gas fireplace, house built-in stereo system, and a hot tub). I sold two properties but never did this kind of help to my previous buyers. I was shocked by this arrangement again. I think Billy is good in converting the message well between two parties and making both parties happy. I highly recommend his service for your Real Estate needs.
